Principal responsibilities

AI Solutions Delivery:

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of AI-driven projects that support group-wide business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization within existing systems and processes.

Business Analysis:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide the development and deployment of AI solutions.

Agile Project Management:

• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements.

Quality Assurance:

• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, execute test cases, and manage defect resolution.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and address project challenges and roadblocks, providing innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Continuously assess and enhance business analysis processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is a plus.

Professional Experience:

• Business Analysis: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Agile Methodology: At least 3 years of experience working in Agile environments with a strong background as a Scrum Master.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with overseas teams.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications within the banking sector.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN).
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional teams.
