Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

主要职能包括但不限于熟悉BAC全系列产品，并为应用在为客户提供解决方案时提供技术支持；熟悉BAC所遵循的行业标准及规范，能够在客制化设计评估中给出合理建议；能够根据产品特征及客户要求，制定客制化设计方案；并与生产制造、供应链、财务合作，为客制化设计报价提供支持；支持报价阶段客制化设计的资料提交

The Principal Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to familiarizing with the full range of BAC products and providing technical support for Applications in providing solutions to customers; Familiar with industry standards and specifications followed by BAC, able to give reasonable suggestions in customized design evaluation; Able to make customized design scheme according to product characteristics and customer requirements; Cooperate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Costing to provide support for customized design quotation; Support submission of customized design materials in quotation phase.

Work with each team member to establish annual objectives in support of the business plan, and track those objectives through the year according to company and Engineering functional WIGs

Technical Expertise

o  技术背景，在暖通空调，制冷及换热器或机械设计领域有着丰富的知识和学识者优先

Candidates with a strong technical background and extensive knowledge in HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchangers, or mechanical design are preferred.

o  了解FM/CTI/OSHA等国际行业标准，在评估售前客制化设计及制定设计方案时能够充分将产品应遵循的行业标准考虑在内

Knowledge of international industry standards such as FM/CTI/OSHA, and take the industry standards into full consideration when evaluating pre-sales customized design and formulating design schemes

Preferred experience in structural strength calculation

Fluent in Mandarin

Conversational in English, fluent in English preferred, English presentation skill is required

Education / Experience Requirements:

1.      本科及以上学历，热能与动力工程，制冷，机械设计及制造，暖通空调等专业。

Bachelor’s degree in Thermal and Dynamic engineering, Refrigeration, Mechanical, HVAC. Advanced Engineering degree preferred.

2.      0-3年内毕业的优秀人才，具备机械及相关领域的设计或开发经验者优先，尤其是拥有换热器设计经验，能够根据产品特点和客户需求，评估并制定售前客制化设计方案，并按方案及客户要求完成产品设计、BOM编制及采购要求制定，具备成本意识，并能在客制化设计中进行结构强度校核，熟悉相关行业标准及规范，具备扎实的理论基础和实践经验。

Outstanding graduates within 0–3 years, preferably with design or development experience in mechanical or related fields, especially in heat exchanger design. Capable of evaluating and developing customized pre-sales design solutions based on product characteristics and customer requirements, and implementing product design, BOM preparation, and procurement specifications accordingly. Strong cost awareness and ability to perform structural strength verification in customized designs. Familiar with relevant industry standards and regulations, with a solid theoretical foundation and practical technical experience.

3.      熟练英语读写能力，流畅的英语口语表达能力

Good English reading and writing skills, fluent oral English

4.      熟练使用Excel, Word, PowerPoint软件，专业级Excel使用经验者优先；熟练使用AutoCAD及Solidworks、Inventor、Creo等三维设计软件，有ERP系统和BIM Revit使用经验者优先

Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills. Advanced Excel skills preferred. AutoCAD and Solidworks、Inventor、Creo or other 3DCAD related skills required, expert level preferred. ERP & BIM Revit knowledge and experience preferredd
