We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: Emerging Technology

Principal responsibilities

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems.
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
3. Develop and implement automation tools and frameworks for deployment and monitoring.
4. Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve service reliability and performance.
5. Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
6. Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
7. Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify root causes of outages and implement preventive measures.
8. Advocate for and implement best practices in system reliability and performance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, , etc.).
4. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).
5. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
6. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
7. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

What additional skills will be good to have?

1. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
2. Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
3. Familiarity with incident management and response processes.
