Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 8 years experience in retail management working experience, including at least 5 years experience at management level. You have in-depth knowledge of luxury industry, selling process, customer behavior and cities difference. You are familiar with MS office software. You have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. You can accept frequent travel crossing China (40-50% of working time).

 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Retail Director. You will achieve, develop and manage the performances of VCA Boutiques in respective area. In this function you will:

Area Strategies and Achieve Sales Target

  • Develop area strategies to achieve retail annual target in terms of qualitative and quantitative aspects
  • Identify the potential commercial opportunities and drive growth in each boutique in the area and achieve the sales target
  • Analyze and monitor boutiques performance KPIs and client development plan and propose action plan
  • Monitor and follow up boutique manager to achieve sales target with practical action plans
  • Participate in proposing commission scheme, to motivate boutique sales
  • Competitor analysis and enlarge the market share

Boutique Operation in compliance way and Prestige level of service

  • Ensure boutique operating policies and procedures comply with Richemont requirements and the Group’s policies
  • Monitor service level through Mystery Shopping Survey, develop and implement action plan in collaboration with training function
  • Coordinate with CRM team, ensure the implementation of CRM activities and utilize the digital tools in boutiques
  • Regular visit boutique and provide feedback to boutique manager on boutique operation, sales and KPIs performance, service client development and staff development meet VCA request and standard

Client development and HJ client focus

  • CRM: Area manager leads and promotes the recruitment and conversion of potential clients, the repurchase rate of new clients, the upgrading of existing clients, and the development of HJ clients
  • Clear goal setting on prospect, new, existing and HJ clients in each boutique
  • Utilize CRM reports and tools to deliver the expected client development progress and result
  • HJ client development with BM and SA
  • Regular meetings/catch up with the shopping malls to gain the resource

Boutique Team Management and Development

  • Team management: Responsible for the recruitment, daily management and work guidance of boutique staff
  • Communicate the Mason’s objectives and vision with boutique managers / staffs
  • Animate team performances: set clear roles and responsibilities, set appropriate objectives and KPIs, ensure regular and appropriate feedback
  • Talent development: Responsible for the training and developing of identified talents and retain people by motivating and fulfillment

Regionalization team Management

  • Lead dedicated Retail OP, CRM, Training, Merchandising, Product Marketing, VM, CS and etc staff to support boutiques’ sales performance, service/ after sale service and client development and enlarge the market share
  • Organize the routine meetings to deliver the objectives, align the action plan and to achieve the targets in terms of sales and clients
  • Feedback the staff’s working status to each department head to polish the staff’s hard and soft skills and develop and retain the talents
  • Work with each department to gain the resource and share the clear area’s vision to deliver the area performance
