Purpose of the Job
This position is aiming at strengthening our channel management and brand positioning by building a strategic relationship with distributors, channel partners and retailers, and exploring new market opportunities of assigned market.
He/she will identify sales opportunities, create interest, drive brand awareness and preferences. He/she nurtures relationships, build value, handles objections, create urgency, and generates sales cycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Support on the launch and provide sales strategy input for company own website and online marketplace stores to drive direct to consumer business.
- Manage and lead distributor / key accounts in establishing strong presence in retail channel to achieve sales targets.
- Have a thorough understanding of local customer behaviour, brand positioning and competition to formulate product marketing strategy for different product categories.
- Design special / seasonal sales and promotion campaign to boost sales.
- Provide input and review accuracy of sales forecast against the business plan, market insights, and phasing (listings, distribution build-up, promotions, etc.)
- Give input, support in organizing and execution on marketing events.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields;
- 5 years in retail channel and sales management, experience in consumer electronics products is highly preferred;
- Result driven, good business acumen, hunger for success;
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills;
- Good presentation skills, able to deliver message clearly and engage audiences;
- Able to communicate in verbal & written English, able to speak Mandarin would be a plus;
