6、Conduct customer sample trials, equipment commissioning, and process validation

7、Deliver on-site technical training and application support to customers, solving process-related issues

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Laser Engineering, or related field

2、Master’s degree or relevant project/research experience in laser processing is a plus.

硕士学历或具有激光加工相关科研/项目经验者优先

3、Familiar with principles and applications of laser cladding, laser welding, or surface modification

4、Knowledge of metallic materials testing (microstructure, hardness, wear/corrosion resistance, etc.)

5、 Ability to independently conduct process experiments, analyze data, and prepare reports
