Business: IWPB Technology Principal responsibilities Working within the WPB Messaging Team to develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient code using Sveltekit. Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend interfaces with APIs and backend services. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and seamless data interaction. Ensure technical feasibility and provide input on UI/UX designs. Debug and resolve issues related to API interactions and performance bottlenecks. Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and documentation to ensure system reliability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and interactive development to maintain high standards. Stay updated with the latest advancements in frontend technologies and API integration practices.

5+ years of experience in frontend development using modern JS frameworks.

Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.

Strong understanding of JavaScript(ES6+) and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with modern state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API.

Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and API error handling.

Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.

Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility.

Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Exposure to authentication and security best practices.(e.g. OAuth, JWT, CSRF).

Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

Have strong verbal and written English communication skills, experience of presenting technical choices.

Excellent teamwork, independent thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and self-motivation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
