•Manage two warehouse operation teams in China (Mobility/automotive and Trade) as well as the country operational teams in the Asia Pacific region

•Manage a project team for warehouse projects (tenders, relocations, improvement, automation and digitization)

- Close coordination with the counterparts in the other regions (EMEA, NAM, LAM, IN) and with the central Process Excellence Source-to-Deliver (Logistics) organization.

- Close cooperation with the other logistics functions: Transport, Foreign Trade, Consulting, etc.

- Very close cooperation with the internal customers/ divisions

Expected Experience and Knowledge

•Strong experience in logistics and supply chain, particularly in warehouse management including warehouse shop floor management in the trade consumer goods and/ or automotive industry.

•At least 10 years in a managerial role (also managing white collar staff and management)

•Experience of management in international teams in a direct function as well as in a matrix organization.

•Solid controlling knowledge and cost consciousness.

•Basic understanding of logistics purchasing and commercials.

•Fluent in English and ideally in Chinese and any other Asian language
