•在消费类电子产品(如智能家居、可穿戴设备、智能工具、IoT 设备)中部署和优化AI算法
Implement and optimize AI algorithms in consumer electronic products (e.g., smart appliances, wearables, smart tools, IoT devices).
•针对低功耗、低成本硬件平台(MCU、ARM SoC、DSP 等)进行算法适配与优化
Adapt and optimize algorithms for low-power, cost-sensitive hardware platforms (MCU, ARM SoC, DSP, etc.).
•进行模型压缩、量化、加速优化,确保在有限计算和存储资源下的实时性能
Apply model compression, quantization, and acceleration techniques to ensure real-time performance under limited compute and memory resources.
•开发高效的嵌入式C/C++/Python代码,并与产品软件堆栈集成
Develop efficient embedded C/C++/Python code and integrate it into the product software stack.
•与硬件工程师、产品经理和UX团队协作,将AI功能从概念验证推向量产
Collaborate with hardware engineers, product managers, and UX teams to bring AI features from proof-of-concept to mass production.
•跟踪嵌入式AI、边缘计算和智能家电/消费电子领域的最新发展
Stay updated with the latest developments in embedded AI, edge computing, and smart home/consumer electronics.
•本科及以上学历,计算机、电子工程、自动化、人工智能或相关专业
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
•熟悉嵌入式系统开发,具备扎实的Python/C/C++编程能力,了解常见的RTOS/Linux环境
Proficient in embedded system development with solid C/C++ programming skills; familiar with common RTOS/Linux environments.
•具备AI框架在嵌入式端的经验(如 TensorFlow Lite Micro, PyTorch Mobile, ONNX Runtime, TVM 等)
Hands-on experience with embedded AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Lite Micro, PyTorch Mobile, ONNX Runtime, TVM).
•理解模型压缩、量化、知识蒸馏等优化方法
Understanding of model compression, quantization, and knowledge distillation techniques.
•熟悉典型消费品AI应用(如语音交互、手势识别、图像识别、传感器融合)
Familiar with typical AI use cases in consumer products (e.g., voice interaction, gesture recognition, image recognition, sensor fusion).
•具备团队协作能力,能与跨职能团队有效沟通
Strong teamwork and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

•有消费类产品量产经验,了解从原型到上市的开发流程
Experience in mass production of consumer products and knowledge of product development lifecycle from prototype to market launch.
