We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

1. Research, develop, and implement state-of-the-art techniques in the field of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI.
2. Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) and prototyping to explore and validate the feasibility and flexibility of innovative ideas.
3. Design and develop platform capabilities spanning AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud (Ali) environments, enabling seamless cloud and on-premise AI deployments.
4. Build and optimize key AI platform components—including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agent frameworks—to accelerate AI solution delivery.
5. Ensure strict adherence to architectural principles, technical standards, security requirements, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
6. Troubleshoot complex platform issues to ensure successful, high-quality, and resilient AI services in production.
7. Collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, stakeholders, and customers to translate AI capabilities into production-ready systems that meet business needs.

1. Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
2. Proven expertise in one or more areas, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Multimodal Representation Learning, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
3. Hands-on experience in fine-tuning and developing LLMs, with strong knowledge of emerging trends in LLMs and open-source platforms.
4. Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agent frameworks.
5. Advanced programming skills in Python, with familiarity in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and essential libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, etc.
6. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud/Ali) and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
7. Knowledge of implementing Responsible AI controls, data governance, and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
9. Proven track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical platforms from concept to production.
