Job Responsibility:
This role will take charge of BSM category with an end-to-end scope. Key responsibilities will incl.:
•To support LM to identify SOG of responsible category from external market, competition landscape, TA’s behavior movements to develop growth strategy and innovation strategy.
•Plan and lead execution of integrated brand communication campaign independently to maximize brand power & accelerate growth.
•Good project management and agility to lead cross team (RD/SC/Procurement/Fin) to deliver innovation/renovation launch within timeline.
•Work closely with sales team to develop deployment plan to deliver impactful innovation.
•Actively monitor competitors in market, observe & make quick response.
•Responsible for responsible annual budget, campaign post evaluation and innovation P&L.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree above, 3-4 years’ of marketing experience minimum (relative experience in Foods & Beverage related industry, or relative E2E experience will be a plus).
•Result driven and growth mindset.
•Strong ownership is a must, can work actively and independently with a high standard.
•Good communication, project management and executions, good business analytical skill and problem solving skills.
•Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.
