4.Implementation of training (scheduling; registration; logistics; participation records;payment; feedback and evaluation; …)
5.Foreign employees with work permits, residence permits, and other relevant documentation
6.Make Purchase Order in SAP for varies tasks, such as employee health check, German Chamber of Commerce, department materials regular purchasing, company training, etc.
7.Support company annual training plan collection, excution and unplanned training coordination.
8.Assist in organizing and supporting large-scale corporate events including annual meetings, celebrations, conferences, etc.
9.Provide administrative and coordination support for various departmental projects.
10.Handle daily administrative affairs of the department
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Engineering Management, or related fields
2.Good command of English with fluent oral and written communication skills,Ability to handle English documents and correspondence
3.Basic commercial knowledge.
4.Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
5.Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong execution and learning abilities.
