Investigations
As part of GCR Monitoring & Investigations task force, provide overall support to:
• GCR internal investigations
• GCR security investigation to defend brand value against counterfeiting work and other brand infringement activities.
Compliance Monitor
• Be accountable for overall compliance monitor scheme and execution, and compliance monitor data analysis.
Other work assigned by line manager
主要职责 Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Investigations under the guidance of line manager:
• Conduct thorough, high quality and timely investigations into alleged violations involving employees and /or 3rd partes independently or together with internal/external support. Constantly demonstrate appropriate confidentiality, integrity, and sensitivity in handling all investigation matters.
• Collect allegations and reporting from all channels and assist with investigations plans
• Independently or with support from line manager or other functions, conduct desktop analysis and collect documentation evidence
• Perform field investigations and conduct interviews with subject and relevant parties
• Prepare complete, precise and timely investigation reports, and assist with to the readout to the Resolution Committee
• Be capable of simultaneously handling multiple investigations and various tasks
• Coordinate with disciplinary actions for substantiated cases with cross functional members
• Perform analytical report periodically on investigation status, trending of matters, and remediation progress, etc

Security investigation
• Work with global investigation counsel and legal for the security investigation plan;
• Manage external investigation agent;
• Work with cross function team to deal with counterfeiting activities and potential infringement behaviors.

Compliance monitor
• Be accountable for overall compliance monitor scheme and execution.
• Manage live spot check vendor to design and execution live spot check scheme.
• Design compliance monitor scheme for high risk vendors and high risk programs/initiatives;
• Compliance monitor data caretaker and provide data analysis as per the request;
• Provide compliance monitor report as needed;
• Manage contractors to perform monitor work;
• Other monitor work assigned by line manager.
