Key Responsibilities

•  Category management
• Spend analysis
• Prefer vendor assessment and vendor pool set up
• Identify MSA and rate card opportunity and implementation
• Commercial and supporting function’s Sourcing BP
• Conduct RFX process
• Price and contract negotiation
• Drive saving opportunity and tracking the saving record

Recommended Education and Key Competency

•  Bachelor or above degree.
• 8+ years procurement experience in a multinational environment (at least 3 years in pharmaceutical industry).
• Rich experience in commercial, IT and professional service is a must, R&D category is optional
• Growth mindset and data analysis capability
• Strong ownership and willing to take challenge under high-speed environment
