To enable OGSM 2030, a Business Transformation program called EOS was launched in 2023 to make a step change in a vast number of critical business processes, supported by world-class digital solutions and data. To create value, a dedicated organisation was created to ensure quality, efficiency, governance, visibility, and transparency. This transformation is led from the top of the organisation down to every unit.
This role is part of the EOS Regional Deployment organisation and is responsible for deploying the newly designed Lead to Cash Omni Solutions to the Asia Pacific Markets in collaboration with the EOS COE and GPOs, designing the deployment strategy and playbook, ensuring the adoption of the core solutions and strong standardisation of processes. Scope includes capabilities such as B2B CRM, Field Sales Execution, Customer 360, Webshop, enabled by the mainstream technology platforms ,including Salesforce, SAP S/4 Hana, etc.
What will be your key responsibilities?
•
Co-define deployment playbook with EOS COE and GPOs, and the regional BTO business lead
•
Lead end-to-end deployment project for the L2C Omni solutions to markets in scope, driving the activities with different project workstreams.
•
Create and maintain Deployment Plans, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on quality ,on budget, per the success criteria defined.
•
Ensure project deliverables respect the different stage gates
•
Manage different project team meetings and the governance steering committee.
•
Create and track different vendors' SOWs
•
Lead Fit to Template sessions in collaboration with CoEs and Regional Business Leads to demonstrate new systems and new processes, and gather feedback
•
Collect and analyse local requirements to ensure core templates are a fit for the different markets, collaborating with COEs and GPOs to adjust them for legal, regulatory and major value creation requirements.
•
Coordinate with CXO the communication, training and change management activities.
•
Coordinate the data-related activities, such as loading, cleansing, and migration, with the Regional Data Lead and the Data Migration team.
•
Lead System Integration testing in collaboration with COEs, Regional Integration leads and 3rd party vendors
•
Support the design of new L2C Omni capabilities to ensure they deliver value to the Asia Pacific Region.
•
Prepare and lead the technical cutover plan for go-live
•
Analyse and map current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement
•
Ensure proper communication of project progress to key stakeholders
Context and Scope
•
This role will cover the deployment of L2C Omni capabilities (Salesforce CRM, Field Execution, Customer Service) to all Asia Pacific Markets
•
Internally, it works hand in hand with the COE, APAC EOS Business Team, CXO, and data to ensure the successful completion of milestones
•
Externally, it works with 3rd party vendors such as Salesforce.com, System Integrators and Business Integrators.
•
Key Stakeholders are the EOS Program Group, Global CIO, EOS APAC Business Director and Asia Pacific Leadership Team.
What are we looking for?
•
7 to 10 years of Experience in the deployment of new digital capabilities and/or in the demand/sales function.
•
Demonstrable ability to articulate digital capability strategy, factoring in overall business intent & strategy.
•
Demonstrable understanding of business process and change management.
•
Demonstrable agile, design thinking and project experience, with experience in the full development cycle of a modular platform.
•
Demonstrable experience of delivering through others and creating collaborative relationships.
•
Track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and external resources in an ambiguous environment.
•
Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills.
•
Strong knowledge of e-commerce processes.
•
Strong knowledge of CPG business models and Customer trends.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Curious and capable of researching and rapidly learn new functional and technical skills.
•
Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manage multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.
