Key Responsibilities

• Scouting new suppliers by needs/ category demand
• Supplier full life cycle management
• Data analysis-Contract/PO/Supplier
• Reporting- Annual report
• SOP governance & Training
• Supplier risk control and CAPA follow-up
• Non-compliance and exception cases management
• Take the PMO role to oversight the important projects in Procurement
• E-sourcing implementation with IT

Recommended Education and Key Competency

• Bachelor or above degree.
• 6+ years sourcing experience in a multinational environment (at least 3 years in pharmaceutical industry).
• Good at data analysis and structural thinking and problem solving
• Growth mindset and collaboration capability
• Strong ownership and willing to take challenge under high-speed environment
