6.全面掌握酒店健身中心的服务和产品知识，具备促销的能力。

Tohave a thorough understanding and knowledge of Hotel Fitness Center services and products and the ability to up sellalternatives.

7.全面了解工作知识，能够根据服务标准对下属的工作起到监督，纠正和示范作用。定期回顾主要工序并根据最新发展趋势、顾客期望和运营指导思想进行相应修改。

To have a full working knowledge and capability tosupervise, correct and demonstrate tasks to subordinates to the standard set.Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular basesreflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.
