具备大专及以上学历,3-5年销售管理经验,全渠道生意管理经
•
具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧;
•
良好的计算机运用能力,熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT;
•
熟悉当地主要消费品零售市场,良好的客户开发管理能力及客情建立;
•
具备积极主动, 良好的团队合作精神,优秀的政策执行能力,良好的竞争意识,具备抗压力;
•
积极正向,能快速融入团队,对自身职业规划清晰,具备强烈的上进心;
•
学习能力突出,快速进入工作状态;
What will be your key responsibilities?
•带领陕南城市群团队完成公司分配的全年销量目标;
•直接负责宝鸡,汉中,安康,商洛四地区全渠道销售团队管理工作;
•间接管理所属区域的渠道经销商/二分商客户日常工作,经销商日常管理沟通;
•带领团队成员完成分销/陈列/价格/库存等市场表现目标,完成渠道拓展目标;
•主导团队与主要经销商进行定期生意计划和回顾及行动计划制定跟进;
•团队管理,激励和支持团队意愿和能力的提升,打造高执行力的团队;
