What do we expect from you?

This position is designed as a talent incubator for our future business leaders. You will serve as a key strategic partner to our China board, primarily the CEO, acting as the nexus between high-level strategy and operational reality, including:

Support the Board in developing China market strategy, growth planning, and the annual strategic planning cycle

Manage Board meeting agenda planning, minute-taking, and follow-up actions

Assist the Board in global regular reporting/communication and preparation of materials for country visits

Drive expansion strategy development and oversee performance steering in new regions

Lead new store concept development and iteration (combining strategic vision with operational setup)

Track store performance, with special focus on new store performance monitoring

BI: Establish a single source of truth for measuring business performance and underlying drivers. Facilitate company-wide goal setting and KPI cascading.

Data Analytics: Build centralized data analytics capabilities for business intelligence. Integrate multidimensional insights from customer, product, space, and channel perspectives.

Should possess the potential and motivation to transition into business roles within 2 years. Can remain and stabilize in the strategy role for a minimum of 2 years.

What are we looking for?

We hope that you hold a bachelor or above degree with a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently. 

Chinese and English will be used as your daily working language and we expect you to work under fast-growing and diverse atmosphere.

Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and strategic mindset. Ability to communicate and present effectively to senior stakeholders (up to CEO level).

Excellent written communication skills in Word and PPT, with the ability to elaborate complex topics in a structured and concise manner

Quick learner, open-minded, and naturally curious

Strong influencing skills to mobilize cross-functional resources

Down-to-earth and practical problem-solving approach

Passion for the consumer and retail sector; retail and scaled franchise operation experience is a plus
