Job Summary:

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Assistant Online Business Planning Manager with more than 5 years of experience. This role will drive online business success by providing key commercial insights, performing robust data analysis, and supporting strategic planning. You will transform data into actionable strategies, optimize online performance, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a fast-evolving e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Commercial Planning: Own weekly commercial planning across all online accounts/channels. Roll up net sales to BU/Brand view and track sales targets by territory.

* Strategic Insights: Provide clear point-of-view on new product launches by account/channel/SKU. Work closely with brand teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.

* Market Analysis: Monitor competitor data and market trends to inform strategic analysis.

* Data & Systems: Collaborate with IT to develop systematic data processing tools. Build visualized dashboards to integrate and interpret data from multiple sources.

* Process Improvement: Develop innovative approaches for business analysis, tracking processes, and data modeling.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related analytical field.

* Experience: Approximately 5 years in online business planning, e-commerce analytics, or similar roles, preferably in FMCG, Retail, or Beauty.

* Core Skills:

* Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and commercial planning for e-commerce.

* Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

* Advanced Excel required; SQL a plus.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Language Skills: Fluent English; [Local Language, e.g., Chinese] highly preferred.
