职位概要:
人力资源业务伙伴实习生将有机会近距离了解公司文化,组织架构,运营模式,协助人力资源业务伙伴进行咨询、评估、开发各类流程并提供各类工具,以支持战略开发、组织设计、人才管理、变革管理、多样性和包容性,以及人力资源部门各职能的工作整合。
岗位职责:
· 您将翻译相关政策和文档
· 您将与各部门协作,协调和安排实习生的月度活动和培训
· 您将在公司内部沟通平台上发布人力资源的相关信息
· 您将协助信息收集及数据整合
· 您将支持文件准备工作及复印打印工作
· 如有需要,您将支持额外团队工作或正在进行的其他项目
Job Summary:
HRBP interns will have the opportunity to learn about company culture, organizational structure, and operating mode, and assist HR business partners in consulting, evaluating, developing various processes and providing various tools to support strategic development, organizational design, and talent review, change management, diversity and inclusion, as well as the integration of the functions across the Human Resources team.
Job Responsibilities:
· 本科学历或以上(人力资源专业优先)
· 能在英文工作环境中熟练操作电脑
· Excel和PPT技能熟练
· 注重细节,有较好的人际交往能力及优秀的组织能力
· 能在快节奏工作环境下同时处理多线任务
· 保密性高,团队合作能力强
· 优秀的口头表达及书面写作能力
· 中英文熟练
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in (more of HR Focus).
· Demonstrated computer proficiency within an English Version Windows environment.
· Good skill in Excel and PPT
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English
