职位描述

协助做好部门运行的维护及更新以符合房务部工作政策、流程及标准的需要。

Assists with the development, maintenance and update of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects Policies & Procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. 


礼貌并高效的处理客人的要求及投诉,需要时要向前厅部经理汇报,并且确保及时跟进。

Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to Front Office Manager if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests timely.


与客人建立并保持良好的宾客关系。

Establish and maintain good relationships with our customers.


协助前厅部经理完成既定的年度部门预算,确保目标得到实现,成本得到有效控制。

Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Front Office Departmental Budget in close cooperation with the Front Office Manager, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.


确保每日当班副理工作报告能得到清晰及准确的更新,确保各种事项的及时跟进。

Ensures that the daily Assistant Manager's report is properly and clearly updated and all traces are properly followed-up.


在日常的工作运行中与其他各部门保持紧密的联系。

Liaises with other related departments on daily operations.


确保每一个员工及时了解酒店的各种更新的产品知识、促销计划、政策变动,并处理好内部的沟通及联系。

Ensures all employees maintain an up-to-date awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.


确保员工完全理解酒店的规章制度并遵照执行。

Ensures employees have a complete understanding of Rules & Regulations, and their behavior complies.
