Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Sales Forecasting and Planning Support:
• Assist the Key Account Manager in Rolling Forecast preparation and performance tracking.
• Analyze historical data and customer demand trends to support the development of accurate demand plans.
• Drive dynamic adjustments of safety stock to balance inventory turnover and on-time delivery performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration Support:
Collaborate with the CE Team:
•Gather end-customer feedback and drive product/service improvements.
•Establish a rapid response mechanism for exceptional orders to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Finance Team:
•Negotiate and develop accounts receivable terms for customers to optimize cash flow.
•Monitor payment collection progress, identify overdue accounts, and coordinate resolution.
Collaborate with the FAS Team:
•Track the progress of product quality complaint resolutions and share relevant updates in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of Sales, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A background in Biotechnology or Life Sciences is preferred.
•At least 3 years of experience in sales support, supply chain or customer quality management in a B2B environment, at least 1 year of inside sales experience is preferred.
•Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
•Excellent project management, problem analysis/solving capabilities.
•Basic financial knowledge is preferred.
•Proactive, result driven with the ability to multitask efficiently.
•Solid reading & writing and acceptable oral speaking in English.
