1. Participate in tendering activities of prospects when required, and manage tendering activity when required.

6. Responsible for delivery of engineering, commissioning, and handover.

7. Responsible for HSE and Quality.

8. IAT, FAT, planning and execution.

负责工厂内部验收测试（IAT）、工厂验收测试（FAT）的规划和执行。

9. Participate as advisor at Mechanical Completion and Commissioning onsite.

1. Education: Bachelor or above in engineering discipline, preferably Electrical/Instrument.

教育背景：工程专业本科及以上学历，电气 / 仪表专业优先。

2. Experience: 5 years above, prefer in marine/oil & gas/shipping industry.

工作经验：5 年以上工作经验，优先考虑在海事 / 石油天然气 / 航运行业的工作经历。

3. Ability to work with multi-cultural team and handle multiple projects.

具备与多元文化团队合作以及处理多个项目的能力。

4. Knowledge of contracts and financial reporting.

具备合同和财务报告方面的知识。

5. Knowledge of Project Management processes and change management.

具备项目管理流程和变更管理方面的知识。

6. Knowledge of Electrical, Instrument and Telecom requirements for the Marine and offshore industry, prefer in complex power electronic equipment/systems.

了解海事和海上行业对电气、仪表和电信方面的要求，熟悉复杂电力电子设备 / 系统者优先。

7. Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

8. Self-driven and ability to make technical and business decisions.

10. PMP by PMI, Practitioner by PRINCE2, C-level by IPMA is an added advantage.

拥有项目管理协会（PMI）颁发的项目管理专业人士资格认证（PMP）、PRINCE2 认证从业者资格、国际项目管理协会（IPMA）的 C 级认证者优先。

11. Language: Fluent English and Mandarin by writing and speaking.

语言能力：具备流利的英文和中文书写及口语能力。

12. Requires business travel both within and outside China.

需有在中国境内外出差的经历。
