职位：财务高级经理

职责：

财务高级经理将作为华特迪士尼幻想工程（WDI）财务团队的一员，负责支持上海迪士尼度假区中所有由WDI管理的“迪士尼体验”类项目。

该职位需通过高效的财务沟通、严谨的财务分析、决策支持与领导力，成为首选的核心业务智囊伙伴，为上海迪士尼度假区（SHDR）项目提供全方位支持。关键职责包括：

1. 建立、领导并持续优化项目财务合并流程，以支持分析、报告、预测及决策；
2. 从创意构想到资本项目交付，开展分析以支持优化工作，并建立可量化的跟踪机制；
3. 向项目合作方、SHDR及WDI管理层、股东及政府合作方，主导清晰、高效且简洁的财务沟通；
4. 与项目财务团队紧密协作，并作为联络人，与运营及各业务部门伙伴共同制定并交付计划与预测；
5. 基于对主题娱乐业务的深入理解与洞察，主动发现问题并提出以解决方案为导向的建议，以影响关键决策；
6. 识别并推动项目控制相关方、开发团队、运营及各业务部门之间的全面协作，实现一体化成果；
7. 在项目全生命周期内确保有效的财务控制，保障公司政策及相关法规的合规性；
8. 在团队中树立榜样并发挥领导力，营造学习型环境，推动持续改进，分享最佳实践，并鼓励参与团队建设与业务学习机会；
9. 完成上级交办的其他临时任务。
10. 该职位实行双重汇报，分别向WDI财务总监及业务战略总监汇报。

Role: Senior Manager, Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Manager, Finance role will be part of the Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) Finance team, supporting all WDI-managed Disney Experience projects in Shanghai Disney Resort.

This position requires being a leading business thought partner of choice by providing effective financial communications, sound financial analyses, decision support and leadership for Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) projects. Key elements of this role include:

1)      Build, lead, and improve project financial consolidation practices to support analysis, reporting, forecasts, and decision making

2)      Perform analysis to support optimization efforts from ideation to delivery of capital projects, and establish measurable tracking mechanism thereof

3)      Lead cohesive, effective, and succinct financial communications to project partners, SHDR and WDI leadership, as well as shareholders and government partners

4)      Be a close collaborator with project finance practice and point of contact with operation and segment partners in preparing and delivering plans and forecasts

5)      Proactively identify issues and offering solution-oriented recommendations to influence key decisions based on a deep understanding and insights of the themed entertainment business

6)      Identify and facilitate full potential collaborations among project control stakeholders, development teams, operation and segment partners to drive integrated results

7)      Ensure effective financial control in project lifecycle to guarantee compliance of company policies and relevant regulations

8)      Be a role model and leader among the team, by creating a learning environment, challenging continuous improvement, sharing best practices, and encouraging participation in team building and business learning opportunities

9)      Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required

This position dual reports to Director, Finance, WDI and Director, Business Strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•       Curiosity in learning, partaking, and improving themed entertainment business

•       Minimum 7 years’ work experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Financial Planning and Analysis related area, and experience in integration and process improvement

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or other related field with top academic achievement

•       Advanced analysis and financial modeling skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

•       Strong strategic thinking and ability to handle complex concepts

•       Demonstrated success as an effective leader, negotiator, partner, collaborator and influencer

•       Strong capability to tailor messages appropriately to audience

•       Understand the partners perspective, while maintaining independence and providing constructive counterpoints when necessary

•       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

•       Demonstrated an attention to detail, while maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture

•       Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin language
