• Lead and develop a product team sitting in IT by fostering a positive work environment.
•
Help build connections and bridges of the team to other IT and business product teams as well as other functional teams for better collaboration.
•
Drive the growth of the team, and add value to the product delivery, product proposition and eventually contribute to the success of HSBC and bank customers.Define and drive Product Strategy
• Support global digital product owners in CIB Client Connectivity (HSBCnet & Onboarding) to define, drive, and maintain product strategy based on a deep understanding of customer needs and e-channel Future State Architecture.
• Assist in shaping a strategy by collaborating with other Sub Value Streams in broader scale with aligning to strategy on level of Client Connectivity and beyond.

Set up product vision, create and maintain a roadmap for product proposition in related domains by collaborating with global, and regional stakeholders across various functional teams.Support Product Delivery
• Work closely with different functional teams in IT world to ensure the fast and efficient product delivery, make quick decisions to short the time to market.
• Work closely with internal and external UX Designers to develop the best-in-class and consistent user experience and validate it via customer testing.
• Responsible for the clear requirement definition and own the backlog prioritization, collaborating with delivery team by adopting agile way of working.
• Accountable for user-acceptance test and support product verification testing, ensure that the product meets the HSBC quality standards, and also covers all bases with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other supporting areas.Drive Product Commercial Growth
• Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders across GPS product teams, and front-line teams to commercial new products or existing products, ensure the product fits for purpose within different regions & markets and adapt as necessary to enable global rollouts to customers.
• Partner with various teams and business units to monitor product adoption, collect customer feedback, and execute MI analysis to measure results according to KPIs, keep improving products, maximizing ROI, enhancing customer experience and driving for better results.Manage Product Risk and Controls
• Ensure all areas of supported Product function are compliant with relevant regulations, policies and guidelines.
• Follow appropriate governance requirements for launch and maintenance of supported products, ensuring high quality submissions.
• Act as Product SME and take ownership during incidents or issues to restore and maintain services.
• 12+ years working experience in Product ownership/Project Management/business analysis in a complex global environment financial services industry
• Team management experience
• In-depth understanding of the role of online banking and mobile banking for either small business users or corporate organizations
• Experience working in relevant environments, i.e. Mobile/Digital change, Core Banking, Payments and Cash Management or Trade Services
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and capable of using relevant systems e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the approaches necessary to successfully implement changes
• Demonstrable Stakeholder Management, with experience in leveraging effective networks and working collaboratively across teams.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and stakeholders. Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong command of English language (both verbal and written) a must
• A solid understanding of the risks inherent in Digital change and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
• Ability to work with IT teams to deliver on tight schedules
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
