1.University (Degree)，MBA/Master (preferred)大学本科（学位），工商管理硕士 / 硕士学位（优先）

2.8 years manufacturing experience, 3 years production System experience, 5 years Head of factory or cross-function. department experience, 3 years foreign country company experience.

8 年制造行业经验，3 年生产系统经验，5 年工厂厂长或跨部门工作经验，3 年外资企业经验。

3.Fluent in English.
