We are now looking for a HWS (Hardware Support) Customer Order Handling, responsible for Japan Customers and other HWS customer order execution.

What will you do:

• Manage customer RMA (Return Material Authorization) orders and requests
• Evaluate RMA information, release orders, and coordinate with stakeholders to secure on-time delivery
• Follow up on faulty returns, handle exceptions, and resolve discrepancies
• Provide support for events and local special requirements
• Prepare and deliver communication updates and business reports
