As a Supply Chain Design & Control, you will help improve Supply and Logistics efficiency by processes and system optimization, supply chain network design/optimization and supply strategy deployment, aiming most optimal delivery and financial performance.

What You Will Do

• Support supply chain strategies development and deployment.
• Participate in assessing end-to-end process and system performance and drive enhancements.
• Review and analyze financial results in supply operations, providing actionable insights.
• Contribute to building and maintaining supply network design models using industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Supply & Logistics, Sourcing, Product Management, Repair Solutions, Warehouse, etc.) and external stakeholders (suppliers, logistics providers).
• Gain hands-on experience with supply chain management systems, ERP tools, and process control frameworks (e.g., SAP, SCOR models).

You Will Bring

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance or related fields.
• Strong business understanding and interest in supply chain strategies and global process management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or supply chain modeling tools is a plus (training will be provided).
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
