Summary:
This role is responsible for driving customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value through data-driven/action-oriented CRM strategies and impactful clienteling activities in Delvaux China market. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, analytical prowess, and cross-functional collaboration from HQ to regions to deliver measurable business results.
Precision Client Acquisition, Conversion & Retention
· Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy, targeting high-net-worth individuals and potential Delvaux
customers.
· Identify and recruit high-potential clients, nurturing relationships through exclusive events, private appointments, and personalized
outreach.
· Collaborate with Client Experience, Retail and Marketing teams to create bespoke experiences for high-end clientele, and support
retail activations in boutique.
· Develop and execute strategies in boutique to increase client retention, ensuring high engagement and loyalty with clients.
· Track and manage the client pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.
· Achieve and exceed targets for new client acquisition and new client business generated.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
· Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with global guidelines, tailored to the China market across all
channels.
· Lead CRM data analysis to generate actionable insights, including customer segmentation, lifetime value (LTV), and purchase
behavior trends.
· Stay updated on industry trends and local competitor actions to engage ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) and affluent
clientele.
· Provide insights to senior management regarding client preferences, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Marketing, Retail, and IT teams to align CRM initiatives with brand campaigns and omnichannel objectives.
· Provide training to retail teams on CRM tools, clienteling best practices, and data entry standards.
· Communicate store-level feedback to refine strategies and ensure operational alignment.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, especially in high-end sales areas such as fine jewelry, exotic items, or custom products.
· Advanced proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau) and CRM platforms.
· Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and vendors.
· Fluent in Mandarin and English; French is a plus.
