About the role

Reporting to the Senior Supply Manager this role manages the execution of the production plan at 3rd party bottlers; and directs and co-ordinates all TWE sourcing activities that are required to execute the production plan.

• Developing and executing the production plan at 3rd party bottling partners

o  Maintaining the production plan to efficiently deliver business requirements while balancing inventory and operational risk

o  Managing the execution of the production plan at partners in line with SLA / QA requirements

o  Managing the execution of the production plan in TWE ERP including work order generation, completion, and reconciliations

o  Developing solutions to mitigate supply availability issues

o  Managing procure to pay process 

• Managing TWE dry goods planning, purchasing, and inventory to enable the production plan
• Maintaining production master data including wastage%, capacity, yield and seek for optimization
• Supporting the quality assurance implementation and monitoring of partner performance through Supplier Performance reviews.
• Support procurement team with evaluation and selection of new suppliers, monitoring performance of existing suppliers and resolving or escalating performance issues in a timely manner.
• Support NPD activity within the region by ensuring bulk wine availability, dry goods availability and production schedules meet NPD project timelines, through to on-going post-launch business.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Work in accordance with relevant Workplace Health and Safety legislation, TWE Standards, Regional and Site policies and guidelines to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors and visitors.

About you

• Tertiary Qualified with a Business/ Commerce degree (or similar)
• Minimum 3 years in a supply planning or manufacturing operations management role ideally in FMCG environment.
• Ability to develop and sustain robust working relationships across the business. Using proactive communication style and influence skills for accomplishing work objectives.
• Advanced user of Planning and ERP tools, ideally INFOR and JD Edwards.
• Demonstrated capability in using advanced optimisation tools and approaches (e.g. simulation, business rules, heuristics, theory of constraints, etc.) to model through simulation the impact of change in one or more variables on the entire network and generates optimal, practical and constrained plans.
• Thinks systemically. Understands the complexities and interdependencies of information and events to develop more effective solutions and ideas.
