1.Together with respective business line and service line to secure orders from internal & external customers end-to-end
2.Drive order management process (automation, optimization)
3. Monitor Financial and Sales performance, provide KPI analysis, and prepare business relevant reporting
4.Manage orders to make sure all operation in line with company guidelines and finance standards
5.Handle commercial topics, e.g. online contract, online quotation, new portfolio launch preparation from E-commerce commercial side
6.Coordinate with customer and internal colleagues about logistics and delivery issues; handle after-sales service / complaints from online customers
7.Coordinate and manage vendor to provide higher quality service for us (service staff and order specialist)
8.Other tasks assigned by superior
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, finance, accounting or related areas;
2.Have experience with sales business administration tasks
3.Good communication skills to understand requirements from internal & external
4.Customer orientation and service attitude
5.High sense of responsibility, initiative, strong ability to work under pressure
6.Good SAP and office software knowledge is preferred
7.Fluent English in reading and writing
8.With sense of Internet, love E-commerce business, with experience of handling online customer service and order is preferred
