Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional at the Manager or Senior Manager level to drive the execution of a critical, high-priority regional growth strategy. This role is central to transforming high-level strategy into actionable plans, ensuring cross-service line and cross-location collaboration, and maximizing our firm's impact in a key economic region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex market landscapes, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to navigate sophisticated stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

External Focus & Market Engagement

1. Policy & Market Intelligence

· Track and analyze evolving government policies and regulatory developments.

· Integrate insights from official channels and internal expertise to build a systematic intelligence database supporting strategic decision-making.

2. Strategic Ecosystem Development

· Maintain and strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry institutions.

· Develop and manage a forward-looking calendar of critical market events, prioritizing participation to enhance the firm's presence and influence.

3. Client & Commercial Strategy

· Identify and profile target clients based on strategic priorities, leveraging data analysis to drive focused outreach and engagement.

· Support the development of go-to-market solution packs for key growth areas.

Internal Focus & Execution Leadership

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Facilitate collaboration across diverse service lines and geographic locations, ensuring resource alignment and unified execution of strategic initiatives.

2. Program Management & Operational Excellence

· Act as the operational engine for the strategy, monitoring progress of strategic initiatives against KPIs and ensuring successful delivery.

· Elevate meeting effectiveness through insightful preparation and data-driven discussions.

3. Change Management

· Drive behavioral and operational changes across teams to break down silos and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

Essential

· 7+ years of progressive experience in strategy execution, business development, or complex program management.

· Proven experience operating in a multi-stakeholder environment, with the ability to navigate policy, build external relationships, and drive complex projects.

· Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Professional proficiency in Mandarin and full fluency in English are required.

Highly Desired

· Experience in a large multinational corporation, management consultancy, or professional services firm.

· Demonstrated experience in managing initiatives involving cross-border collaboration.

· Familiarity with emerging trends shaping major economic regions.

· Proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage.
