Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
•Overall coordination and execution of administrative tasks for training projects.
•Be responsible for our digital training system, continuously identify and implement innovative, cost-effective digital learning solutions
•Lead the construction of new online courses, working with a cross-disciplinary team of internal trainers and external vendors
•Maintain & Manage accurate training record
•Analyze course enrollments and completion rates and implement strategies to increase both and monitor for learners progress and utilization
Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, education or instructional design
•3+ years’ experience working in learning and development, background or familiarity with life science industry preferred
•Proven experience on project management
•Experience in training administration, learning management systems and digital learning formats
•Excellent communicator and organizer
•Ability to competently and accurately work with databases, spreadsheets and software packages
