1，  Lead cross-functional teams in applying design thinking to snack innovation initiatives, encompassing experience design, product design, packaging design, point-of-purchase displays, and digital content design. 

2，  Responsible for the rapid adjustment and optimization of visual assets across various design projects, including the exploration of AI-driven solutions.  

3，  Manage external design agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project standards.  

4，  Support the team in conducting market competitive analysis, trend research on the company's related products and packaging, and the development of external design resources/networks.

1,   A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related fiel

2,   Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, with preference for candidates possessing experience in design thinking or design research.

3,  Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

4,  Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion (SD), MidJourney (MJ) or others.

5,  Proficiency in design software including Adobe Photoshop (PS) and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

6,  Fluency in English as a working language, with competence in professional scenarios such as email correspondence, PPT development, and daily communication.
