Main Roles and Responsibilities
-You are accountable for 4P analysis, market (Industry dynamics, GY group and competition)
-You are responsible to track and diagnose main brand KPIs through the year and recommend corrective actions (data sources: GfK, Brand health trackers,, etc.
-You need to support S&OP reporting requirements (AOP, RvCC, Sales Reviews, etc)
-You are request to set up process to track Powerlines’ performance along with competitive intelligence (e.g. competitor new launches, increase in distribution, Pricing / promotions activity). Also use this information to identify opportunities to optimize the product portfolio coverage
-You are responsible to lead seasonal post-mortem process - ‘root cause’ analysis to understand market and brand movements to highlight areas to focus on
-You brief and supports Consumer analytics and Industry analytics counterparts on additional research needs to further understand brands’ competitiveness and performance
-You are accountable for briefing the Data Modeling and Visualization team regarding any business intelligence dashboards/solutions requirements
-You are accountable for defining data needs and procuring required data to enable the above-mentioned analytics.
Main Interactions
•You will Work with global teams (marketing, analytics, and product) to define and measure brand objectives, and support product portfolio planning activities.
•You willl work with regional and local teams sales teams and leadership to analyze and explain business performance issues
•You will work with external partners (data providers, research and analytics agencies) to ensure timely, high quality data inputs
Qualifications
Experience
-You with at least 6 years experience in market research and analytics. At least 2 years in agency roles and 2 years in manufacturer/client side roles
-You are experienced in regional roles managing multiple markets, will be an advantage
Skills
-You with thorough understanding of consumer panel and retail audit data and analysis.
-You are expert in Excel and at least one of the BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience in building AI based visualization and data analytics systems will be an advantage.
-You with strong communication skills and experience presenting and interacting with senior leadership
