Job Responsibilities:
-Increase sales, market share and profitability of Goodyear Taiwan’s portfolio of products and services within Goodyear Distributor channel and mass merchants stores through the execution of sales and marketing strategies
-Execute distributor account management, ensuring optimal market & channel coverage, managing trading terms and resources, ultimately driving profitability for both GY Taiwan and Distributors
-Execute best practice application across the range of retail store design and fit-out, retailer customer service, retail training, retail Marketing, consumer loyalty programs and promotions
providing the processes for continuous monitoring and improvement
-Align on distributor performance, plans and programs to achieve the given sales targets
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
-Must have at least three (
3) years of experience in field sales, account management or relevant role, preferably in a multinational company
-Knowledgeable in business case preparation, group presentation, product commercialization process and consumer lifecycle marketing
-Must have strong negotiation, leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
-Has excellent analytical skills and financial acumen
-Must have excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and can work at all levels in the organization
-Must speak and write in Mandarin language
