Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
•Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
• Support and lead comprehensive China market intelligence foundation from both internal and external sources and generate report to different stakeholders monthly and quarterly
• Develop and strategize new processes to derive insights from multiple data sources to support marketing analytics and reporting needs
• Support annual strategy review and business plan process via marketing intelligence insights and data analysis
• Proactively reviewing & assessing project performance metrics and suggest recommendations to identify high value opportunities
• Create presentations for various management levels to share results, insights, business implications, and recommendations
• Be an analytics champion and accountable for projects and ensure they are delivered on time and to a high quality standard
Qualifications & Skills:
•Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or Life Sciences as preference
•3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing/business analytics
•Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences
•Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive direction with cross-functional initiatives
