1、Review technical sections of contracts and Employer Requirements (ERs)

2、Assess risks related to performance guarantees, warranties, and standards compliance

3、Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to align contract terms

4、Represent engineering in client negotiations and technical clarifications

5、Maintain and update internal contract templates for technical specifications

6、Monitor evolving BESS standards and regulations and adjust practices accordingly

1、Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems

2、5–10 years of experience in BESS or power system project development

3、Deep knowledge of grid interconnection, energy storage system architecture, and compliance

4、Proven contract review and technical negotiation experience

5、Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6、Preferred: EPC or utility-scale project background, knowledge of grid codes and PCS systems
