Job Description

In your new role you will:

•Drives subcon's performance KPI (Yield, Line disturbances, OEE, Stability etc...)

•Major role in New Product Ramp-up team and manages Safe launches introduction

•Supports Technical Capability Assessments at subcons

•Keep track and monitor subcon's performance of major processes and equipment indices

•Manage/Coordinate Change Management at subcon, cost reduction projects, changes in material and process at subcon

•Provide tactical support to Planning, QM and other support team on operational and customer issues

•Participate in IFX design/change reviews (TR and PCRs) and provide inputs on key learnings / improvements to incorporate on new products

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

•At least 5 years of subcon management experience.

•English language proficiency in oral and written.

•Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent

•Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations and problem-solving methodologies and tools

•Knowledge of IC Package/Modules FA methodologies and well-verse in data analytical tools

•Experience in either FOL, EOL backend assembly processes

•Able to travel occasionally to various subcon's locations
