Responsibilities:
· Lead payroll implementation work, responsible for transition and implementation of the engaged client work
· Manage client’s payroll portfolio, deliver effective and efficient payroll services and post payroll lodgment service ( IIT, social insurance, public housing fund ) to meet the diverse needs of our clients
· Coordinate with local EY firms in other countries under PSM engagements for outbound payroll
· Review service deliverables provided by GDS payroll team before sending to client
· Ensure all work done in compliance with our policies and protocols
· Develop and establish good client relationships and actively seek upsell opportunity
Requirements:
· University graduates with a minimum of 2 or more years of hands on payroll experience gained from a professional service firm or in house HR SSC
· Hands on experience in IIT filing and social benefit filing
· Experience of using payroll systems
· Experience in global payroll project ( multi country payroll project ) will be plus
· Extensive experience in managing large client portfolios for both MNCs and local enterprise
· Good communication skills
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
· Team player, energetic, mature and flexible
