职位描述

•Process the standard month end closing and reporting tasks

Prepare & perform monthly/ quarterly reporting & period-end closing activities

Reporting of P&L, resources, forecast and further KPIs in the reporting tools

Perform technical processing steps in tool

Support in reconciliation between ERP & reporting tools

Ensure on-time delivery as well as data quality in all process steps by validating data

Support other daily tasks

Prepare and update desktop procedures, process and work instructions.

•Coordinate and execute regular reporting and planning

Update and provide standard reports & dashboards (e.g. sales, PCR, cost center, headcount, receivables etc.)

Monthly Business Reporting package

Other ad-hoc reporting request

Collection, processing and consolidation of data and reports for stakeholders

Ensure on time delivery of data and reports

•Support Regional Controlling CN&EA in various Controlling processes

Cost Center planning e.g. Prepare templates for cost center planning and follow-up with c.c. responsible

Receivables Controlling e.g. reporting, analysis, and credit limit update

Coordination of intercompany charging e.g. ACC/PRU charges

Master Data Management (Price maintenance. Cost Center setup, WBS-Elements, Internal Orders…)

Drive continuous improvement of controlling services

任职条件

•Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics or Informatics;

•1 to 2 years of working experience in controlling, purchasing, finance area or previous internship would be a plus;

•Advanced computer skills - MS Office, especially Excel; Any other basic knowledge of the database management systems SAP, MS SQL Server, Power BI would be a plus;

•Willing to gain knowledge, develop new working capacities;

•Structured, careful and analytical way of working;

•Team player and ability to work in a flexible way, resilient;

•Reliable and efficient concerning due dates;

•Problem solving oriented, analytical thinking, and organization skills;

•High customer and service orientation;

•Good communication skills;

•Advanced English skills (spoken and written), any other language would be an advantage;

•Willingness to travel and to work in an intercultural environment
