A Logistic engineer focus on making production plan, monitor production output, coordinate cross function to make sure production line running, inventory control, data analysis and daily improvement for production area.
1. Based on customer order to make production plan.
2. Define stock optimization action plan together with plant logistic team, make sure each part below target stock level.
3. Monitor production line output, quick feedback and quick action to make sure the production plan execute.
4. Lead cross function team to resolve and support VSM implement improvement project.
5. Take action to make sure the stock in good level.
6. Keep improve to get the BPS plant level.
7. Monitor KPI to achieve good KPI
•Bachelor or above, major in logistic, industrial engineering, etc.
•More than 3 years’ experience in.
•Supply chain specialist/pmc/production planner related in Automobile or auto-products related manufacturing industry.
•Familiar with work instruction and process in Automobile or auto-products related manufacturing industry.
•Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP, Oracle) and APS advanced scheduling tools.
•Understand MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and digital production management technology.
•Excellent cross departmental communication and coordination skills.
•Strong resistance to pressure, able to handle urgent orders or production changes.
•Clear logic, with awareness of production optimization and cost control.
•Strong computer skills, PBI/RPA acknowledge preferred.
•Holding PMP, CPIM (Supply Chain Management Certification) or similar certificates.
•Familiar with Industry
4.0 technologies (such as the application of IoT and AI in production scheduling).
