Finance Director
You will be primarily responsible for managing Hearing Instrument business performance, providing financial insights and decision support to China Hearing Instrument Managing Director and Senior Finance Director.
More about the role:
As a co-pilot of Hearing Instrument Managing Director, you will provide finance services required by the commercial team in delivering business continuity and growth.
- Lead BU financial performance management, provide solid business case analysis, financial modelling, and advice in decision ready forms.
- Lead Hearing Instrument business budgeting & forecasting, planning & analysis; ensure key financial ratios are properly controlled and monitored vs targets, alert business on any deviations/risks on a timely basis, and recommend the necessary action steps
- Support Hearing Instrument Managing Director to shape business growth strategy and lead executive reporting; optimize China Hearing Instrument resource allocation and bring transparency among all key stakeholders.
- Support country level finance team, contribute actively to the formulation of financial policies and procedures across BU and drive the implementation of state-of the-art financial governance, processes, controls and risk management.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities / projects assigned by Head of China Finance and Hearing Instrument Managing Director.
More about you:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably with excellent academic background; Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management (preferable but not limited to).
- 12+ years’ solid experience in major aspects of financial management from large FMCG/healthcare/retail MNC; P&L management experience is a must.
- Balanced experiences in accounting, reporting, FP&A, FBP and overall finance area.
- Big 4 experiences, Finance trainee background, or Large MNC finance operation experiences preferred.
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills; Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player and can work under pressure.
- Proven strong team leader and influencing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, ERP/BI.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, comfortable to manage ambiguity.
- Native in Mandarin and fluent in English.
