MS technician is responsible for delivering profesional toolings of existing workstations or workplace, that will make working method more safety, efficient, and standard. He/she is responsible for normal operation of relevant station tools and molds, within plan, on time to complete task. He/she is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and implement improvment activities.

Responsibilities and key activities required (additional to role description)

1.Tooling design for CR / Insource demand / Erro proof / packing or improvement activity (safety, quality,efficiency,productivity, ect)

2.Tooling Design drawing and tooling list management

3.Maintenance content and maintenance plan for new tooling

4.In charge of internal audit of tooling design section

5.PR process management

6.Tooling ontime delivery and hand over management

7.CCA MS Opex management

8.Capex project documentation and payment process control

9.In charge of CI improvement activity

10.In charge of Capex project to improve factory KPI if needed

1. Tooling ontime delivery

2. Base Time reduction 

3. Customer complain issue 

4. Project complete volume and on time

Competence & qualification requirements:

1. Junior college or above with major in mechanical or mechanical engineering  

2. Good communication skills

3. Good hands-on skills, CAD drawing, Pro-E, familiar with 3D similation software is better

4. Good team work spirit, self-motivated, task driven, high degree of integrity, responsibility, cheerful, proactive 

Professional Requirements:

61 Practical and experienced in industrial equipment and machinery  

61 Knowledge of common manufacturing methods and processes

61 Knowledge of tooling and tools  

61 Electrical skills and experience

61 Understand 5S related experience  

EHS Requirement:

1. Strictly follow safety & environemtnal protection policy and operation

2. Understanding of safety accidents emergency response process

3. General knowledge of waste mangement

4. Undertand safety sign, such as safe passage, exit, etc
