•Responsible for overall design, validation of electric vehicle thermal management system development. Derive vehicle requirement to thermal system and component level (e.g. HVAC, RV, eCompressor etc. )
•Act as customer technical interface, responsible for technical proposal, support quotation of new potential projects and afterwards project execution
•Responsible for new project delivery on time, cost and quality which including
•making overall development plan
•drafting thermal system control requirements document according to customer demand
•tracking components development status and performance requirement
•preparing a vehicle CWT
•thermal system bench test
•solving problems during whole development process
•Guide the construction of vehicle bench and complete thermal system verification
•Manage external suppliers on thermal system set-up, validation, and testing report release for service project
•Support lead engineer and platform advanced technology research (e.g. other refrigerant CO2/Propane/Mixed refrigerants etc.)
•Support lead engineer to release final technical results to customer
•Coordinate and technical release refrigerant components (e.g. receiver, accumulator, sensors etc.) in external supplier
•Document and report all testing results to internal & external stakeholders
