- Become intimately familiar the game's direction and vision
- Work closely with leads to create core game systems for the project, achieving AAA quality results
- Document clear, concise, and complete designs to identify a modern FPS gameplay experience
- Help the lead/director to prototype key features for systems or levels to demonstrate the core game concept to the development partners and team members
- Actively participate in design discussions and design reviews
- Point out design risks on the creative and production side to the management team to avoid potential risks.
- Train and mentor junior designers on relevant design tools and production tools
- 3~5 years Game Design Experience, experience in Unreal Engine 5 game development is a big plus
- Has at least worked on 1 released FPS title, and has complete development experience
- Excellent English written and reading competency. Proficient oral English is a big plus, but not a strict requirement
- Experience with AI scripting and behaviour trees
- Strong ability to deconstruct high level creative direction into specific technical details, features and tasks both for system and level design
- Ability to work in highly collaborative, interdisciplinary, iterative environments
- Ability to learn new software tools and technologies
- Good at mentoring other designers on his project and inside the Design Department
- Software skills:
o Documentation Software: Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Visio、Word, Confluence
o Diagramming Software: Adobe Photoshop
