We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist (Smart Sensors) to drive innovation at the intersection of advanced sensing, AI and system integration. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong external collaboration skills, aiming to accelerate research outcomes through partnerships with universities, start-ups, and research institutes. 我们正在寻找一位充满热情的 研究科学家(智能传感器),在先进传感、人工智能与系统集成的交叉领域推动创新。该职位不仅需要扎实的技术研究能力,还需要具备优秀的外部合作能力,能够通过与高校、初创企业及研究机构的合作,加速研发成果的转化与落地。

The ideal candidate will not only push the frontier of smart sensing technologies but also act as a bridge between academia, early-stage ventures in China, and our internal R&D teams. 理想的候选人将既能探索智能传感技术前沿,又能作为公司与学术界和初创企业之间的桥梁。

•Conduct applied research on smart sensors, covering areas such as MEMS, RF sensing, infrared/optical sensing, biosensors, or multi-modal sensing. 开展智能传感器的应用研究,涵盖 MEMS、射频(RF)传感、红外/光学传感、生物传感器或多模态传感等方向。

•Develop novel sensor concepts, signal processing, and AI/ML-based interpretation methods. 开发新型传感器概念、信号处理方法以及基于AI/ML的传感数据解读算法。

•Prototype and evaluate smart sensing solutions in relevant application domains (e.g., automotive, healthcare, IoT, consumer electronics). 在汽车、医疗、物联网、消费电子等应用领域进行传感解决方案的原型设计和验证。

•Establish and manage research partnerships with universities, start-ups, and innovation hubs. 建立并管理与高校、初创企业及创新中心的科研合作关系。

•Scout emerging technologies and evaluate start-up solutions for integration potential. 挖掘和评估新兴技术及初创企业方案,并探索其整合潜力。

•Initiate joint research projects, supervise PhD/Master students, and represent the company in academic and industrial consortia. 主导联合研究项目,指导博士/硕士研究生,代表公司参与学术及产业联盟。

•Translate academic research into industrial applications with clear value propositions. 将学术研究成果转化为具有明确价值的产业化应用。

•Contribute to IP generation, technical publications, and conference presentations. 参与知识产权申请、技术论文撰写及学术会议交流。

•Provide technical insights to internal product and strategy teams to shape roadmap decisions. 为内部产品与战略团队提供技术洞察,支持研发路线图制定。

任职条件

•PhD or master’s degree in Biomedical engineering, Electrical Engineering & Signal processing, Optics & Photonics, Materials & Analytical Chemistry or related field, with strong background in sensors. 拥有生物医学工程、电子工程与信号处理、光学与光子学、材料科学与分析化学或相关领域的博士或硕士学位,并具备扎实的传感器背景。

•Proven research experience in at least one of the following: MEMS, RF sensing, Biosensing, or multi-modal sensing.在以下至少一个方向具有可被验证的科研经验:MEMS、射频(RF)传感、生物传感或多模态感知。

•Strong publication record and/or patents in relevant fields. 在相关领域有良好的学术论文发表记录和/或专利成果。

•Experience in collaborating with academic institutions or start-ups; technology scouting experience is a strong plus. 具备与高校或初创企业合作的经验,有技术探索或技术转移经验者优先。

•Ability to manage joint projects and align multiple stakeholders (academic, industrial, internal R&D). 能够管理联合项目,并协调学术界、产业界及内部研发的多方利益相关方。

•Excellent communication and networking skills, comfortable in both technical and partnership discussions. 拥有出色的沟通与人际网络能力,能够兼顾技术交流与合作洽谈。

•Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written). 具备出色的英语沟通能力。
