1. Ensure the implementation of the central marketing project successfully (such as launch activity, lecture tour, 3rd sponsorship)
a) Keep strategy/plan/activity aligning with sales and local MKT team.
b) Organize relevant (national or regional) promotion events according to the Yearly Planning.
c) Establish and enhance the relationship & cooperation with KOL, build up high reputation among KOLs.
d) Know well about market and collect market intelligence including the competitors’ market & product strategy.
2. Closely monitor Brand performance, customer needs and competitors’ activities to provide relevant reports and recommendations to management and ensure proper usage by Marketing and Sales.
3. P&L management to make sure events/projects happened on time, on budget.
4. Develop sales training material and tools and finish the sales training regularly.
5. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above on pharmaceutical, clinical medicine or clinical medicine related with outstanding English.
2. 3 years working experience in areas of product or marketing management. Marketing experiences with top 10 pharmaceutical company would be highly preferential. Brand management experience in neurology or rare disease field, new product launch experience will be preferred.
3. Global team and oversea speaker related event record.
4. Potential leadership with curious for new knowledge and innovative thinking.
5. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills as well as partnership.
6. High logicality with quick learning capabilities and a good work ethic with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Capability to work under pressure & perform duties with high quality timely.
