职位描述
1. Strategic Sourcing:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for non-production materials (e.g., MRO, tools, office supplies, IT equipment, facilities maintenance, packaging, etc.).
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).
2. Supplier Management:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service levels with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Procurement Process:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle: requisition, PO issuance, delivery tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
4. Cost Control & Analytics:
- Analyze spend data, market trends, and benchmarks to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering) to align procurement with business needs.
5. Risk Mitigation:
- Assess supply chain risks (e.g., shortages, geopolitical factors) and develop contingency plans.
- Maintain alternative supplier sources to ensure supply continuity.
6. Digital Tools:
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms to streamline processes.
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
任职条件
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in non-production materials (NPM) or indirect procurement.
- Familiarity with MRO, facilities management, IT hardware/software, or logistics services procurement is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of contract management and supplier evaluation methodologies (e.g., TCO, RFQ/RFP).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers).
- Understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms) and logistics processes.
- English could be used in daily working environment.
- Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation
- Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.
- Ability to continuously learn.
